How to Track and Solve Homelessness

Every day and each night, our local service providers document their extraordinary efforts. Which means in addition to meeting basic needs daily, providing shelter, housing and supportive case management, they enter data. That data is used to highlight system resource gaps and progress and to understand the stories of people experiencing homelessness.

Each number represents a person, and local service providers work hard to ensure that each person's needs, stories, strengths, and consideration of their choices are represented.
