Initiative Overview
Any Path Home is a county-wide initiative designed to prevent and end homelessness in Olmsted County. It brings together public agencies, nonprofit organizations, people with lived expertise, and community partners to align efforts, share responsibility, and improve housing outcomes for people experiencing homelessness.
Ending homelessness in Olmsted County requires we have a unified homeless response system that brings together national best practices to identify, assist, and provide housing for people experiencing homelessness so that it’s rare, brief, and non-recurring.
Local History
Any Path Home began as a result of partners coming together to discuss enhanced collaboration. While individual agencies were doing great work, they recognized that more could be achieved while working together to transform the system.
